Sedation for surgery anymore?

Recently I have watched a interesting documentary about the effect of using hypnosis as sedation in surgery. It seems that for the heath this method is so better that the chemical sedation, the time of convalescence is almost null and healding is quicker than the usual method. In some countries has even dared to assist childbirth. You can see in this video a childbirth using this revolutionary method with hypnosis. The sound is not really good but you will be able to read it.
